Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully and in their entirety before purchasing or participating in any Easier College Essays program, workshop, coaching session, or service (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). The Program and its content are owned by Easier College Essays, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

Definitions
- “Program” includes all services, coaching, workshops, guides, and resources provided by Easier College Essays, LLC.

- “You” or “Your” refers to the client (student or parent) purchasing or using the Program.

- “Participation,” “Using,” or “Use” means engaging in the Program in any form, including receiving coaching, attending workshops, or accessing materials.



Consent
By purchasing or participating in the Program, You agree to these Terms and acknowledge that You are responsible for Your own results, decisions, and outcomes.

Disclaimer: No Guaranteed Outcomes
Easier College Essays provides essay coaching, writing guidance, and admissions-related support. We cannot and do not guarantee admission to any college or university, scholarship awards, or specific outcomes. Each student’s results depend on their own effort, circumstances, and unique college admissions process, which are beyond our control.

Educational Purpose Only
Our services are for educational and coaching purposes only. We are not providing legal, financial, or mental health advice. Any information we provide is general guidance and should not be taken as professional advice in those areas.

No Claims Regarding Results
Testimonials or success stories we share represent the experiences of past students and families, but are not promises or guarantees of future success. Each student’s journey is unique.

Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, workshop content, guides, and other resources are the property of Easier College Essays, LLC. You may not share, copy, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

No Sharing of Program Access
You may not share your login information, coaching materials, or purchased resources with anyone outside your immediate family. Violations will result in termination of access without refund.

Refund Policy
At Easier College Essays, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized support to every student and family. Because of the nature of our services—which require significant time, preparation, and individualized attention—sales are generally considered final. However, we do offer refunds in specific, clearly defined circumstances, as outlined below:

Workshop Refunds
If a student chooses not to continue after completing the Saturday morning session of a workshop, families may request a full refund, provided the request is made before the Saturday afternoon session begins. In such cases, the student may retain any insights or topic clarity gained as a complimentary gift.

Scheduling Conflicts
If a scheduling conflict arises and the family is unable to attend the selected workshop, we are happy to offer either a full refund or assist with rescheduling to a future available date.

Case-by-Case Consideration
For all other services, refund requests are reviewed individually and granted at the discretion of Easier College Essays. We encourage families to reach out promptly if an issue arises, and we will work in good faith to find a fair resolution.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and report abuse of this policy as appropriate.

By purchasing a service or program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that You are solely responsible for how You use the information, guidance, and coaching provided. We are not liable for decisions made or opportunities missed based on Your use of our Program.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easier College Essays, LLC is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easier College Essays, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from Your use of the Program or Your breach of these Terms.

Payment and Purchase Terms
You authorize Easier College Essays, LLC to charge the payment method provided at checkout. All payments are due as specified upon enrollment.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Program or services if You breach these Terms. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Arbitration and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, You agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting christy@easiercollegeessays.com. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of North Carolina. You waive your right to a jury trial.

Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between You and Easier College Essays, LLC regarding participation in the Program and supersede all prior agreements.
